• Direct and Inform all staff/workers of workflow in warehouses of all sites/plants to ensure compliance with standards and professional practices 
• Conduct risk assessment on Company workforce, equipment, health, safety, environment, and quality
• Manage and maintain Company HSE equipment and facilities at all sites/plants
• Conduct daily and monthly HSE meetings/trainings/ and arrange working schedule as needed for staff/workers at all sites/plants
• Coordinate and support HSE compliance programs at all sites/plants
• Enforce the HSE standards and policies to prevent the occurrence of hazardous conditions at all sites/plants
• Implement approved/planned course of action, solutions to problems of HSE and safety procedures for contracted employees/ contractors
• Prepare recycle procedures which are complied with the Company environmental regulations and policies in warehouses, or offices etc., at all sites/plants 
• Control safety tools and emergency mock drills at all sites and plants

• Hold bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field
• Have at least 1 year of experience in HSE or a related field
• Have knowledge of site investigation, inspection and technical check
• Have knowledge of safety tools, construction and practices
• Have knowledge of incident prevention and precaution as well as proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Email)
• Have good communication skills in Khmer and English
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Demonstrate strong analytical and logical thinking skills
• Have ability to think creatively and innovatively
• Have ability to work under pressure
• Have ability to plan flexibly and effectively
• Have valid driver's license
• Be flexible to travel
